I work with mid- and senior-career professionals who struggle with:

Our clients tend to (but don’t always) come from strategic and/or operational backgrounds, and I enjoy working with status-quo-challengers, changemakers and Thinkydoers — deep thinkers who don’t stop at ideas or insight and are drawn to the hard work of bringing their vision to life. Many of our clients are overthinkers, introverts, and some are diagnosed (or suspect themselves of being) neurodivergent with a focus on

  1. People of all genders who would like to increase their leadership, management, and career effectiveness but find traditional practices to “get ahead” unsatisfying, unnatural for them, or even harmful; and

  2. Women and non-binary people who relate with the criteria for HSP, ADHD, Autism, and/or experience the effects of Trauma.

Hi. I’m Sara Lobkovich.

I am the founder of Red Currant Collective, our resident OKR Activist, and Coach Principal.

Early in my career, I struggled to understand unspoken and shifting organizational expectations, and the moving goal posts of "success," which often seemed arbitrary or out of reach. As a senior executive, that tension grew. I found myself in new compression zones between our annual plan and my team, with strategic plans and implementation activities that weren't aligned.

These experiences led me the practice of OKRs -- Objectives and Key Results -- which help fill the alignment and clarity gap between durable strategies and implementation plans. The excitement around OKRs is huge: but the lack of coherent practical application information available was a barrier. So I created a coherent, useful, and intuitive approach to connecting strategy to execution through the Connected Strategic Stack, and a unique approach to Evolutionary OKRs for change-making organizations where people matter.

And that work led me into professional coaching. I take my role as a coach extremely seriously, and apply an extremely high professional standard to my coaching work. I’ve completed professional training with the College of Executive Coaching, and participate in ongoing education regularly, including on special topics that arise frequently in my work: perfectionism; issues with focus; issues with communication and conflict; and the unique needs and opportunities of people who are neurodivergent and/or live with the effects of trauma.

For large and Enterprise organizations, we develop custom retained packages that ensure your team receives exactly the support it needs to pilot (or rehab) and scale your aligned goal implementation organization or enterprise-wide.

  • Monthly membership-based ongoing coaching, and six-packs of sessions are available. Executive coaching includes 1:1 working time with OKR Master Coach and professional executive coach Sara Lobkovich, to work toward the client’s agenda for leader and / or career development. Particularly helpful for struggling and high-potential leaders who are looking to build more efficient and effective leadership and self-management toolkits; and people in career transition or exploration.

  • We have a series of short courses available on demand to help scale knowledge about aligned goal-setting and goal-attainment within your organization, with specific intro courses focused on leaders and teams. In addition, we operate g virtual instructor-lead cohort-based trainings distilling 15 years of advanced professional training in goal-setting, motivation science, leadership development, organizational coaching, and conflict resolution into execute-to-learn-based leader development learning experiences where participants don’t just listen to lecture: they actively build their Connected Strategic Organization essentials over the six-week course. We’re also relaunching our Connected Strategic Goal Coaching course designed to help internal coaches, leaders, and program teams develop their toolkits for coaching OKRs within their organizations.

  • Our economical group programs include both cohort-based and rolling start workshops and series for job-seekers, job-shapers, career-changers, and leaders, aspiring leaders, and coaches who participate in our learning & development experiences and then wish to combat the learning and forgetting curve by staying connected for continuing education and skill-building.

  • For when you’ve written goals for yourself or your organization, and you would like a second expert pair of eyes, schedule this asynchronous review of your goals with a written report prepared and delivered by an expert OKR coach.

  • For organizations that have already set OKRs, this service provides an audit of your OKRs with a report on what’s great about the goals you’ve set, where you and your organization may improve in the future, and an issue spot of any big risks or opportunities we see. We’ll review a top-level set of OKRs (typically company level) and one layer of localization (L2) for one flat fee, and deliver our report within seven business days.

  • For leaders and teams who would like expert group facilitation during collaborative goal-setting, this service provides up to 4 hours of group facilitation with you and your team to create one set of OKRs. This service involves creation and handoff of the draft OKRs your team creates during workshopping with steps to complete, and a brief written recap to the seniormost leader with our observations.

  • When organizations prefer a longer-term retained approach, we build custom retained consulting packages suitable for any size of business (including Enterprise). Our retained packages include unlimited access to on-demand introductory trainings, scheduling priority and access to exclusive retained-only time slots, access to Q&A on demand with Sara, our OKR Master Coach, for up to three key stakeholders, and a quarterly progress report with recommended shifts and changes to ensure your organization is maturing its OKR practice at the pace and rate you need.
